Before we start opening doors, we need to sort the budget. I can recommend Trusted Lenders who can help you make your dollars, make sense. Armed with that info we can look at properties that meet your goals -
Kiss your Zillow obsession goodbye. I will email you properties that match your search criteria the MINUTE they become available. (but if you can’t break the habit, thats just fine, I love to collaborate if you prefer hunting on your own). Once one catches your eye, we schedule a showing together. There’s more to this than just unlocking the door for you.

Writing Offers can feel overwhelming. I take each part of the contract and break it down for you. I throw in some handy resources so you're not left scratching your head, making sure you're cool with all your choices.
Behind the scenes, I'm digging into what the seller really wants & searching out red flags. Meanwhile, the lender is crunching numbers and keeping things updated.
Crafting offers is an art form for me, and I go the extra mile to make your bid stand out.

You’ll be in communication with both me and your lender during the rest of the process and I’ll be communicating with all parties to make sure we stay on track. You’ll get weekly updates from me on next steps and things to prepare such as scheduling your home inspection, delivering your earnest money and being aware of specific deadlines. When you’re working with a buyer’s agent who you like and trust, you’ll never be left in the dark with what’s happening and before you know it you’ll be at the closing table signing so many pieces of paper you’ll need a glass of wine when you’re done! (Or even better, champagne to celebrate)!
